My manager is crazy. one day we have her complimenting us and wanting to take us to lunch. The next day she throws files across the floor and actually slammed a file drawer on my coworkers hand. And just laughed. When the hurt worker wanted to go have an xray, the boss no way she was having a workers comp report against her. We never know who she will be from day to day. It’s hell.
